COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Filter Sense EM30LGX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Great-Lakes-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Forney parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Five-Star-Seal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Great-Lakes-Instruments such as the 6028P0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7819505 manufactured by Forney and we are pleased to be able to service most Forney systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8511SA by Manufacturer Five-Star-Seal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gems Brand 167255 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Georg-Fischer such as 38510P0 equipment made by Georg-Fischer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Georg-Fischer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Georg-Fischer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A34W120A made by Flowserve as well as the popular HISBH041125 original spares produced by Hardy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 221165LCF450 by Futek and 38510P0 spares by Georg-Fischer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 907 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hall. |
